Beyond competing, the Robotex Ninjas bring STEM education and robotics to kids and families across Frisco. Tap any event to expand.
Organized and led hands-on VEX IQ workshops for young kids at a local church, introducing building and programming in a fun, accessible setting. Kids engaged with robots, asked great questions, and got their first taste of what competitive robotics looks like.
Served as event volunteers at Magikids robotics competitions, helping run matches, assist younger teams, and support the VEX IQ community in the Frisco area. Photos coming soon.
Participated in Feed the Hunger food packing events, contributing to hunger relief efforts in the local community alongside fellow volunteers. Photos coming soon.
Team 276C organized a full Mix & Match scrimmage event on April 12, 2026, bringing together 6 teams to compete, practice, and celebrate the season. Plano West FTC Robotics joined as special guests to share their journey — how they chose FTC, what the high school team pathway looks like, and what it takes to compete at the next level. Kids got hands-on field time, ran real matches, and finished with a team party.
Held a public robotics demonstration at the local library, showcasing VEX IQ robots to families and inspiring the next generation of engineers in the Frisco community. Photos coming soon.

Team 276C represented Texas Region 5 at the VEX Robotics World Championship in Dallas, competing against the top VEX IQ teams from around the globe. Over three intense days, the Ninjas navigated qualifying rounds, alliance selections, and elimination matches before finishing 3rd in their division — an extraordinary achievement on the world stage. The team brought home their trophy, made new friends from across the world, and celebrated with a well-deserved sushi dinner.
A season defined by resilience. After a tough start, the Robotex Ninjas fought back consistently — match by match — to claim the Teamwork Champion, Skills Champion, and Think Award at the Texas Region 5 Championship. The results qualified the team for Worlds for the third consecutive time.
They finished the regular season ranked #94 in the world, #38 in the United States, and #2 in Texas — their strongest global standing to date.
Alongside two championship titles, the team earned the Think Award recognizing the depth and quality of their engineering design process. Photos coming soon.
